3. Booking and Acceptance
To secure our services, clients must submit a booking request through our designated channels. Upon receiving a booking request, we will confirm availability and provide an estimated quotation. The agreement is considered binding once the client accepts the quotation and schedules the service date.
3.1. Quotation
Quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of request. Any significant changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the final cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is required as per the agreed terms. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services provided.
4.2. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is settled.
5. Service Delivery

5.1. Access Requirements

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information regarding the items to be cleared.
- Ensuring that all valuables and sensitive items are removed prior to our arrival.
- Securing any necessary permissions for property access.
7. Liability
While we take utmost care in handling all items, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues related to the property. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any fragile or valuable items to ensure appropriate handling.
7.1. Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during the clearance process. However, this does not cover pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed prior to the service.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
8.1. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee may be applied.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued in cases where services have not been rendered or where there has been a breach of our contractual obligations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion.
9.1. Partial Refunds
In situations where only a portion of the agreed services was delivered, partial refunds will be considered based on the extent of the service provided.
